Hello Jennifer, I have a database that I track month to month for Statistics, for my budget numbers I maintain another to track what was spent in what line items but it's not set up to the same line items as the TSL Reports. I usually work from a print out from Finance Dept. that gives me a break down of all my expenditures by line item number. I take these print-outs and then work my TSL Report numbers from that. If you think any of this would help I'd be happy to share.
