Dear Timon:

You are absolutely wrong about O.J. Graham's book, The Six-Pointed Star.  We will continue to offer it on our website, http://www.powerofprophecy.com.

Our research corroborates and reinforces Graham's extensive, documented research.  Graham, a faithful Jew, is an outstanding scholar.

In fact, we have documentation from many other exclusively Jewish sources, including The Jerusalem Report, that the six-pointed star is an ancient and modern sign of Satan and the occult.  Moreover, the star has been found by archaeologists in the ruins of ancient Islamic mosques that predate its first use, beginning in the medieval period, by Jewish Kabbalists in Europe.

Indeed, this is the same wicked Egyptian religious symbol that the Apostle Paul said the apostate Israelites worshipped in the desert, "the star of your god, Remphan" (Acts 7:43).

Instead of grasping at gnats vainly trying to diminish Graham's excellent book, you should join Graham and us in exposing the six-pointed star.  The people of Israel need to know the truth about the heinous symbol chosen by the Zionists for their national flag.

I wonder if it is your racial pride as a Jew and your bigotry that cause you to defend satan's witchcraft seal, the hexagram, the six-pointed star.

Subject: The Six-pointed Star by O.J. Graham

Dear friends,
I doubt that you have ran across the book The Six-pointed Star by O.J. Graham, a book that attempts to defame and discredit the Magen David, the Star of David. In in the event that you do, I hope this will help. I was handed a copy a couple of weeks ago for my review. Here is my review, which I sent to the author and to some of the distributors of his book.
Shabbat shalom,
 Timon

Book review on The Six-pointed Star by O.J. Graham

Dear sirs/ladies:
Having finished reading O.J. Graham's book, The Six-Pointed Star, I am appalled by the gross inaccuracies and anti-Semitism that fills its pages. Realizing that the book was first published in 1984, I'm dismayed that it was republished in 1995 with no corrections, as any responsible author would know his obligation to present only the most accurate truth available. Let me explain:

Errors in the Hebrew language:
page 8 - Graham's use of the word "Ashem" is apparently his variation of the widely used "HaShem" (The Name). With his supposed Jewish ancestry - for which he offers no proof - Graham would know that one does not have the option of dropping the "H" which, in Hebrew, is our letter "Hey", which is our "definite article",the word "the". In other words "Ashem", without the "H" means nothing, but "HaShem means "The Name", the Jewish reference to The Almighty.

Pg. 65 - misspells Rishon LeZion (First in Zion) as Richon Le Zion. Here, again, it is obvious the author has no basic understanding of the Hebrew language for which he is claiming to represent. Let me explain: rishon (first) is derived from our word rosh (head), simply put richon is gibberish, and not a relevant word.

Anti Semitism, vagueness, and false representations of historical facts:

Pg. 16: Makes the following clearly absurd statements: "it is not the Torah which seems to get Jews in trouble but the Talmud. There are many recorded events in history when the Talmud was exposed and burned." "Jews have been persecuted at the same time because of the practice of Cabala, not because they are Jews." On pg. 69, first paragraph, he clearly contradicts these lies by stating in reference to Djemal Pasha: "He forbade the Zionist insignia, the six-pointed star, and he treated Jewish people cruelly. This resulted in much torture of ordinary Jewish folks." (may I suggest reading The Jewish Timeline Encyclopedia by Mattis Kantor for a more realistic view of the horrors visited upon Torah scrolls and the Jewish people for simply being Jewish)

Pg. 35: Here a he quotes Chick Publications as a reference for information. Are we to take this as a serious work, that has been thoroughly researched, when he opts to quote from a comic-book style of booklets?

Pg. 36: In the last two paragraphs he quotes a mysterious unnamed "young girl" as his source of pertinent information. Are we to believe that this is credible information when he offers no name?

Pg. 52: Here, for "being of Jewish ancestory" he turns his venom on Zionism the heartthrob of Jewish nationalism.

Pg. 79 contains a bold faced lie, "At the end of WWII, nothing prevented the Jews from gaining ground for their own land. Not America, not the United Nations, not the Arabs..." Is Dr. Graham so naive that he has never heard of the British interception of thousands of Jewish war refugees as they fled Europe, the land of their holocaust, for Palestine, the land of their dreams, only to be so cruelly siezed by the British and placed in interment camps on Cyprus to be forcibly returned to the European communities of the their worst nightmares? Has he not heard of the "white paper", that British document/law that severely restricted Jewish immigration to the Land of Israel? Has He not heard of the U.S. arms sales embargo placed upon Israel, thus handicapping Israel's abilities to secure their land, that would be in place until Kennedy's administration? And has he never looked into the ongoing cycle of Arab violence, just as we see today, but originating from the late 19th century, which was designed to uproot and destroy Jewish/Israeli villages, settlements, ect.,  In other words, to PREVENT JEWISH SETTLEMENT OF THE LAND OF ISRAEL? (may I recommend From Time Immemorial by Joan Peters)

Pg. 78, 3rd to last paragraph: Here Dr. Graham, unwittingly, commits one of his biggest contradictions. After building the case for a pagan star of David, that has no Jewish relevance, he admits that Jews in Nazi-held countries had to wear a yellow six-pointed star of David as a Jewish identification badge.

Pg. 78, next to last paragraph: Here Graham attempts to do what all deniers of the holocaust do and that is to dilute and water down the impact of the holocaust on the Jewish community. This is both offensive and degrading.

Pg. 82, last two paragraphs: Attacking Israel, he quotes from a very old and, now, very irrelevant source, a Feb. 20, 1982 article in the Toronto Star. This is speculative fear-mongering for which the last 21 years has yet to validate.

Pg. 85: A totally misrepresentation of Biblical prophesy, a view largely influenced by the "futuristic views" of Jesuit priests Bellarme and Ribera from the infamous Council of Trent.

Pg. 102: A  very weak-kneed attempt to defend that pagan-rooted Christmas. His defense of Christmas is "situational ethics" which is hardly the measuring stick of Heaven. As one inspired poet phrased it" "There will be an end to Christmas one bright and glorious day..." for the Kingdom of Heaven is all about truth and righteousness.

On page 104, his use of the term, "The Old Mosaic Shema" is classical anti-Torah and anti-Semetic sentiments at its best (worst). In using a less than flattering term, Graham fails to recognize that Yeshua (Jesus) would quote the Shema to dispel those who challenged Him with, "Which is the first commandment of all?" (Mark 12:28-30). Apparently Yeshua realized that the Shema was glorious, not to be relegated to the dusty archives, but rather to be used often to refute the trouble makers, and to teach timeless truth. On that note, the Shema teaches us that God is one, not three, but one as we will discover in Gen. 1:1 where, in the Hebrew, the verb bara (singular "creates") is used with the plural noun Elohim.
Interestingly, while Elohim (plural) is how God's name first appears in the Torah (Gen. 1:1), the Jewish people where never confused or tempted to think that it was an _expression_ of poly-theism. Furthermore, in Judaism it was understood, from of old, that "God has no semblance of a body" that He is a spirit, to which Yeshua would affirm when He declared: "God is a spirit..." (John 4:24). Interestingly for one so alarmed about pagananism as Dr. Graham, he would be surprised to learn that the "trinity concept" is hardly supported in the Biblical (especially Hebrew text & Jewish thought) text, but rather in ancient concepts of Rome, Greece, Babylon, and Egypt. (see The Two Babylons by Rev. Alexander Hislop)

Summary:
O.J. Graham claims the book is about the six-pointed star, and its pagan roots, but he devotes considerable space to attacking Messianic Judaism, Zionism, and even Israel. In it he also attempts to prove why Israel is not a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. He waters down the suffering of the Jewish people and the holocaust. Amazingly, he defends the Christian rite of Christmas and the doctrine of the Trinity. Who is this guy? On the jacket of the book he claims to be "a Christian journalist of Jewish ancestry" (for which he offer no proof). He also claims to be a "lover of the Jews" for which the tenor of this book, likewise, offers no proof. More disturbingly he first published his book in 1984 and then, again, in 1995 with no corrections or amendments. As a result, any serious student of truth would be hard pressed to take O.J. Graham's writing as a credible and relevant work.
