I received the responsive appellate briefs from the OIC/DOJ and the two
Foster relatives (Lisa, former wife, and Shiela, one of his sisters).

I will put pdf copies of them on my web site later this weekend, but after
a brief review of them, the most notable thing was that Lisa and Shiela ask
the appellate court to view the photos.  I made that request in my brief
also.  I'm glad they agree.  One main difference: I want the court to view
the photos after allowing the testimony of former OIC prosecutor Miquel
Rodriguez and his former OIC assistant. The OIC and the Foster relatives do
not want that testimony to be taken.

My final brief in response is due in four weeks.
