levels and decorum/deportment? No reason to have a cow over who will be the next
president, unless you're sitting on a huge federal IT contract.

didn't have an interest in college" Dougherty, business manager for the
Philadelphia International Brotherhood of Electricians, has initiated his
exploratory run for 2007 Mayor of Philadelphia. Just what the City needs a great
white hope from South Philly.
