Even the 9/11 Commission itself is scared of its own recommendation ... 
it's just that none of the various commentators bother to read anything 
other than the BOLDFACE type in Chapter 13.

Yes, the "How to do it?" section of the 9/11 Commission report is 
Chapter 13 ... gives one pause doesn't it?   And no, the report wasn't 
crafted by the Illuminati, they are the ones who pointed out the fact 
that the recommendations are found in Chapter 13.

[BTW, the CIA WAS created for the benefit of the President. They are 
charged by Congress with providing the President with all Intelligence 
Information. THAT is one of the biggest issues with the DOD 
Intelligence operations vs the CIA, and one of the main reason why the 
Commission made its recommendation as it did.]
