Well, Kerry has sensitively suggested that he supports the concept of a new
intelligence czar, who controls the budget for the intelligence community.
Wasn't it Harry Truman who said that the CIA was created for the benefit of the
President (from a NYT commentary)?
I'm glad that you said "sensitively" and not "sensibly."
