I'm planning to start a new class in digital imaging at the University City Arts League and I wanted to gauge the interest level. The class would cover the basics of scanning, manipulating, and blending images; we would use scanners and digital cameras as input devices.
In addition, I'm continuing to offer my wash drawing and painting classes. The wash drawing class is still open this session, if anyone is interested. Here is a course description:
Ink and Wash Drawing Mon. 8-9:50 PM A class on the use of ink wash as an expressive drawing medium. Students will explore various ways of applying the ink (brush, pen, Chinese pen), and utilize both black and toned inks. Covers both abstract and representational drawing, with subjects ranging from the figure and landscape to geometric patterns and shapes. Materials discussed in first class.
