A man divorced his wife. She married another man who was blind. She used to
lead him down the streets of the town collecting money. (At his command). One
day, her former husband heard a commotion going on outside. He saw the blind
man beating his ex-wife. The blind man wanted her to lead him down the street
she used to live on and she was refusing. (out of embarrassment) Her ex-husband
had pity on her and gave her a place to live so she would not have to collect
money. Due to his act of compassion
it rained

2) Yerushalmi Kesuvos 11:3 (there is no ending there about rain), as Rav Landy
mentioned.
This Yerushalmi is brought l'Halachah in Even ha'Ezer 119:8 in the Rema; the
Vilna Gaon cites this Yerushalmi as the source for the Halachah there, as well
as the Midrash Rabah in Bereishis #87 (note: this might be a printer's error
and the true source should be Bereishis Rabah #17) and at the end of Parshas
Behar. In Behar, the Midrash continues with a story of rain that fell because
of someone helping his divorced wife.
By the way, the Radal in his notes on Bereishis Rabah #17 cites also Tana Dvei
Eliyahu Rabah Perek 27 as a source for the above Halachah (in addition to the
Vilna Gaon's sources).
