GENERAL: Three Places that Non-Jews Have no Claim to in Eretz Yisrael

I am looking for a quotation in the Talmud to the effect that three places in 
Eretz Yisrael testify to Jewish ownership of the Land, because they were 
bought: Har Habayit, Maarat HaMachpela, and Kever Yosef. I think it was in 
Masechet Berachot, but I'm not sure. I can't find the quote or the source for 
the life of me. Could you please direct me to where I could find this?

The Kollel replies:
 
You must be thinking of the Midrash Bereishis Rabah 79:7. (It does not appear 
in the Talmud.)
