Zevachim 029: Pigul of a Korban Pesach

The Kollel replies:
Good question. I would suggest that since the Torah expresses Pigul in
terms of Nosar (see
Vayikra 7:17-18, and Vayikra 19:6-7), if the thought is not one of Nosar
then there is no
Isur of Chutz l'Zemano.
