I'd hate to sound like a broken record, but I've addressed this tons of times (and won't go into details this time) feeling mostly ignored, which is a shame as a) the Topic Maps community / standards solve your problem /yes, that's a simple assertion to make, slightly harder to prove, I guess), and b) it's work that I think is best suited to the libraries, and c) it would make external entities look to the library world again for information challenge solutions.
