Folks:As of today, the RDA Roles on the NSDL Registry have been updated to reflect the changes in /RDA Appendix I: Relationship Designators: Relationships between a resource and Persons, Families, and Corporate Bodies Associated with the Resource /(available from the RDA Constituency Review page: http://www.rdaonline.org/constituencyreview//). /Some roles were unchanged, others had changed definitions, or were new to the list. See http://metadataregistry.org/schema/show/id/4.html for the vocabulary itself; click on "Properties" for the list of the roles.
In the document, the roles are presented according to the FRBR Group I entity they are associated with (in most cases this is also reflected in the definitions). Because the FRBR Group I entities are not yet registered, there is not yet a machine-readable relationship to those entities, but we expect that there will be once IFLA completes the registration of the FRBR entities and relationships.
