At the moment we are defining the vocabulary, not the application
profile or the application design. When we get to those latter two,
then I think some bundling will make more sense. For now, I think our
goal should be to atomize the properties to the extent possible.
Unfortunately, RDA assumes some bundling that I think will make it
hard to be flexible where applications are concerned.
