No problem. I had hoped to get a bit further and get some data behind
a sparql endpoint, then demo a few simple queries, but I just ran out
of time in the end. I hope others will be able to take the work
forward, it's a really interesting dataset, and would make an
enormously valuable addition to the linked data cloud.

That would be good. I know very little about character encoding so
don't really know where to start.
