Linking Enron Collapse to Agency and Context

I just got this message from Helen Clark.  Can any of you help her answer the conceptual linking with Enron?

Hi Jeanne
    I wrote you earlier and said that I would be on the site over the
weekend.  I did find the Moot Court Brief for Spring 2002 and skimmed over
the information provided.  You wrote that the issue ties together.  I guess I
have tunnel vision on just one of the topics (Enron) that I can't see the
connection between the other two.  In order for me to interlink these (3)
issues I will have to master the practice of social distancing.
