Bug#549453: Cannot downgrade

Ufff! I've found a workaround for the downgrade path...

After downgrading, I've followed these steps (in no specific order, as I've
tried them multiple times):

* RAILS_ENV=production rake config/initializers/session_store.rb

* Follow steps from these two comments:
  http://www.redmine.org/issues/2815#note-6
  http://www.redmine.org/issues/2815#note-7

As the last comment in that bugreport says, this is just a temporal workaround,
as it seems there is still a bug hidden in there. What I don't know is whether
that bug applies to this version (0.9.0~svn2907-1) or not...

And all this problems because I wanted to have the "blocks" feature in issues,
which seems that is already present in my redmine version XD
