I understand your disappointment, however i can't ensure plugins compatibility,
especially when it's not granted the plugins are 0.9.1-compatible,
and moreover you installed the plugins by hand, thereby modifying all 
possibility
for me of knowing what could be wrong and why.
The best way for you would be to uninstall the plugins, then reinstall redmine 
0.9.1
(or 0.9.2, recently uploaded). Then reinstall, one by one, the plugins, and 
check
where it's breaking, and provide a trace and a link to the plugin source.
That way i could help.
