Bug#569075: [deluge] GUI not refreshing if net.ipv6.bindv6only = 1

Hi there,

since net.ipv6.bindv6only is set to 1 as a goal for squeeze (see netbase
bug #560238 for additional info), this change seem to break the GUI of
deluge. If it is set to 1 the GUI is not refreshed anymore with any
statistics about connections, speed and so on in the column view (tab
view seem to be OK though). Also it seems that there're much less
connections (up and down) to other torrent users are made. 

After setting net.ipv6.bindv6only back to 0 and rebooting, the GUI is
refreshed as usual and I got much more (almost double) connections (up
and down) without changing any of the settings.

I do not know if this is related to netbase or to deluge, but IMHO this
is a deluge issue; if you think otherwise, please forward this to the
right place.
