Bug#235757: horizontal scroll wheel

Just checked: even when I add those X resources, xdvi listens to
vertical scroll events but not horizontal ones.  Iceweasel and Google
Chrome respond to both, so it's not an issue there.  xrdb -q shows
that XDvi.wheelTranslations was merged correctly.

Is there anything I can do to help debug this?
