Bug#587141: Please include geany-plugins 0.19 in squeeze

Hi,

please make sure that geany-plugins 0.19 make it into squeeze (despite 
the freeze), so squeeze users can enjoy a working geany installation 
when it's stable. At the current state (geany 0.19 + geany-plugins 0.18) 
geany-plugins are unusable.
Also it might make sense to include geany 0.19.1 because it's just a 
bugfix-release for 0.19 and the current geany-plugins in sid depend on 
it (rather than just 0.19).
