        I've tested it and it appears to work, thanks!  (And it also has
        a CLI as a bonus.)

$ cat .linphonerc 
...

[sip]
...
use_ipv6=1

...
$ 

linphonec> help ipv6
'ipv6 status' : show ipv6 usage status.
'ipv6 enable' : enable the use of the ipv6 network.
'ipv6 disable' : do not use ipv6 network.
