Process execution issue

Hi all,

Sometimes when creating a process (its cmd_type is APR_SHELLCMD_ENV) it seems 
that's not executed (it lasts 0 seconds instead of half a minute that would 
be correct). We noticed that problem in win32 and solaris_x86 and it is 
easier to reproduce when the machines are overloaded.

Has anybody experienced that? Can anyone help us?

BTW, we're still using the version 1.2.11
