Re: apr cleanup unloads neon library too soon in git-svn

I just filed a report in the subversion issue tracker for this bug:

It would be great if someone could deal with this, either fixing the
issue or at least working around it by marking the corresponding config
flag as unsupported and buggy. Please don't leave this to rot.

APR developers interested in helping with this issue might wish to cc to
this report in order to stay informed.
