Please ask this question on a non-Struts mailing list.

The dev list is for questions regarding the development of Struts itself. The 
user list is for questions regarding development with Struts.

When asking your question on a Java-related mailing list you may want to 
consider using a subject line that has something to do with your question; 
StringTokenizer is neither Struts- nor DBCP-related.

Have you looked at the StringTokenizer JavaDocs? There's an example right there.
