[l10n-dev] Added Albanian, Hindi, Chichewa and Somali to pootle2

Hi folks,

I recently added the following languages to 
http://pootle2.sunvirtuallab.com/

sq ( Albanian )
hi ( Hindi )
ny ( Chichewa)
so ( Somali )

I used the Hindi translation from our DB and updated the Albanian files 
from Mike. Sadly I did not found any translation for Somali or Chichewa.

So please get a account onto this pootle2 machine if you don't have 
already and ask Rafaella to give you proper permission.
