[l10n-dev] Please create a Terminology for Thai

[Samphan Raruenrom]

I learn about the "Terminology" feature and would like to use it in our 
Thai translation project in Pootle2.
Since we are actively working on traslating OOo. Could you please create 
a "Terminology" for Thai language.
