There is only one important point you have to take care when a new feature release is coming:Keep the deadline when new localization has to be delivered to us. Then it will be added to the code and install sets can be build.
Maybe you will have to do some more localization for "lv" because of new features but this shouldn't be so much now.
When it's still at least 80% please file another issue to request langpack builds for the next release.
