https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-3422 upgraded velocity, but it
doesn't show any specific motivation for doing so. I'm having
difficulty with struts-menu and the most recent velocity engine/tools,
so I'm considering backing out that upgrade in my webapp. Does anyone
know if there are any issues within struts that are likely to re-emerge
due to this change?
