At least for me, any hg access to http://hg.services.openoffice.org/... 
or ssh://h...@hg.services.openoffice.org/... currently fails with a 
"Connection timed out" error.

The broken disk was also responsible for the terrible performance of the
server in the last few days. It's now taken offline until the
replacement, so performance should be almost nominal.

Please don't schedule long running HG or SVN jobs today and do not
access the HG or SVN services during the reboot.
