Attached you'll find the source code for support of Norwegian Language(no_NO), but I will additional later post support for Nynorsk(nn_NO) and Samigiella(sme_NO). That's Nothern Sami used in Finland(sme_FI), Norway(sme_NO) and Sweden (sme_SE)) which will be the same for all the countries refer to http://www.samit.no/04-560-1.pdf . Therefore I think it's needed a little in your code to support more language code in one country, but I haven't look very much into this. Anyway here are the first translations, for Nynorsk and Samigiella we first need to get it translated by some professionals and I don't have a time aspect for this yet.
