But you can still reach it by doing a \\servername\ibay right?  It just
becomes like the netlogon directory.  Plus, netatalk is still running.

It is actually just a matter of editing /etc/samba.conf and
setting 'browseable = no', via the e-smith way of course by diving into
the templates and creating/editing a templates-custom fragment.
