Justin, > With better development for official blades etc. is there going to be some > kind of roadmap as to what areas of devel work Mitel will be following over > the next 12 months? Is this information available to partners? I do know that folks here are working on development roadmaps... I do not know when any of that info can be made public. In the meantime, what I would suggest is that if you have a blade you are interested in developing, contact us and let us know. That way we can either: a) tell you if we are working on something similar; or b) make a notation to ourselves that you are already working on such a blade so that we are aware of it. We strongly *want* more people developing blades... and yes, it does not help either of us if people are working on duplicate projects... we do not want you wasting your time... nor do we want to waste ours if someone else is already fulfilling a need. FYI, over the next few months we will be putting out more info about contributing blades... basically if you follow the RPM packaging instructions that we have now (http://www.e-smith.org/docs/howto/building-contribs.php3 ) you will be most of the way there.
