That depends on exactly what you mean by "sets up the printer ports".
There are two relevant files:

/etc/modules.conf configures the parallel port drivers, and should be set
up correctly for your hardware when the server software is installed.

/etc/printcaps sets up mappings of printer names to printer ports, and
print spool directories. This is set up correctly for you by the
e-smith-manager print setup form.

You should be able to just add a second printer via the e-smith manager.
Have you tried that? If so, what happened?

If there is some problem and it doesn't "just work", then you will need to
diagnose the problem before you will be able to do anything with template
files to fix it. The parallel port and printer HOWTO files fram the Linux
Document Project would be good place to start.
