Sorry to step on you Eric, but you made a typo... rpm -Uhv e-smith-service-control-1.1.0-01.noarch.rpm Jason, I know this may seem like a typical RTFM answer, but try reading the rpm man page. It explains the command. Type man rpm (or any other command) And it pulls up a man page. Use the space bar to flip pages or the arrow keys for single line movement.
