[e-smith-devinfo] Still have problem with VPN

I just visit the website of e-smith 
"http://www.e-smith.org/docs/manual/4.1/admin-remoteaccess.html"; and read the manuals 
in setting up VPN, also upgrade my windows98 for 128 bit encryption for VPN but it 
wont work, actually when i dialup to the VPN e-smith server i got authenticated, it 
accepted my username and passwd but it will disconnected automatically, when i checked 
the "/var/log/message" the server gives an ip address, i really dont know whats the 
problem why the VPN wont work. Anyone can help.. pls help
