I am pretty sure that creating the database is much the same way as 
outlined in the Po-st-Nuke How-To I published. Take a look at 
http://boers.cc  .The links to my how-to's are on the main page.

Next will be a how-to of myphpnuke for e-smith. (unless someone beat me 
to it :)
