yahoo groups question

Hello group,
I want to start a group on yahoo, is it possible to have all subjects  
and replys sent to mail and reply through mail without logging into  
yahoo, I find yahoo to be a pain to navigate. I basicly want to start  
a group like this one, all done through mail...How can this be
