hi all has anyone ever had the issue whereby when they sign up to
newsgroup direct, all is fine. However, if they close the account ad
re=use the same account at a later date, i.e. the same email address,
they never get a confirmation email and my account can now not be
found when I go to the site with safari and yet they are still taking
my money each month?
