I am back from Spain and the UK. It was a great 10 days on the road.

have missed about an international local e-democracy conference. I am 
helping the UK Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Local 
E-democracy National Project organize the "International Symposium on 
Local E-Democracy" _Minneapolis_ on July 26 and 27, 2005.
