Greetings All;

Here are a couple of links to documents I highly recommend all team
members to read. Granted they are a little out of date but they still
contain valuable information.

The first is the Wiki Editing Policy at
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Dashboard/Wiki_Editing_Policy.
Along with good general information it contains a list of Templates that
are used in the documentation. You will see an entry like this
{{Documentation/DraftPage}} for most of the pages in the User Guide.
This is a template that adds This page is in a DRAFT stage to the
document. There are many that are used that automate the entry of Notes
or warnings and help make the documentation more consistent and easier
to maintain.

The second is the Style Guide at
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Dashboard/Help_Style_Guide.
As its name implies this is the Guide to the style used to author and
maintain the documentation. It contains valuable information on "best
practices" for writing good documentation.

Regards
Keith
