I've deleted it now, but I think someone did reply to that question... pretty sure they 
said just 1.0 for now...

PS: Yeah, I just googled the jaxen site for "xpath 2.0" and found this from a list email 
dated Nov 3, 2005:

"There are no current plans to support XPath 2.0 in Jaxen. I suspect if it were critical 
enough to someone that they were willing to pay for it, a developer or two could be found 
to implement this, but it wouldn't be cheap and it would take quite a bit of time."
