[dom4j-user] Header of the XML-File

Hi,

If I write out a Document via dom4j, the header is the folowing:

  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

But I want an ISO-Header like this:

  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?> 

How can I tell dom4j to produce an ISO-Header?
