Not to be picky, but to be sure we are talking about the same thing, 
when you say "windows deskbar", I assume you are talking about what I 
call the "windows taskbar".

Assuming that to be the case, I still don't understand your 
comment.  I'm not trying to separate DQSD from the windows 
deskbar/taskbar.  I'm trying to, as you say  below, have the DQSD bar 
as one row on the deskbar/taskbar.

I'm able to do this with 4.0.0.3, but not with 4.0.0.4.
