Obviously, some folks simply cannot exercise adequate self-control when participating in such an exchange. Such actions are to the detriment of those who CAN, of course. But all it takes is two (or more) out-of-control individuals to wreck a reflector; thus, guidelines which appear to some to be overly stringent are emplaced...
