[EMAIL PROTECTED] made an utterance to the drakelist gang ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Why does eBay allow "CB linears" to be advertised for sale?Simple: The sellers of such have figured if they word the ads carefully - including such verbiage as "for 10M use only" or terms to that effect - eBay won't touch them.
This smacks of a support staff that is somewhat clueless to what is "legal" and what isn't.
If the FCC were to severely penalize eBay and its board of directors for violating federal law in carrying such items for sale...you would see the practice stop very quickly.
