[drakelist] R4B Calibration adjustment

Guys

My R4B has run out of calibration adjustment. The red slider to the 
right of the dial is hard over to the right, hence the line on the dial 
window is hard over as well.

Is it possible to line things up in the middle again easily?  Is there 
some sort of friction clutch in the dial mechanism? I tried moving the 
dial plate without any success, but didn't  try to hard in case I 
messed things up.
