[Drakelist] Another Listowner niggle

Amazing how folks love to include multiple mailing lists in a cc of 
their messages....

While they might belong to all of the lists, folks who answer their 
post may not...and some of us
be bounce messages.

So...if you are a member of this list, do NOT cc other lists in a 
message that you post here....

If you do...and I get a bounce because of that message....don't be 
get your shorts in a knot if you can no longer
post here at all.
