Hello Joe, CW QSOs before 1975 DO count for mixed and single band DXCC awards, so your DX4WIN report is correct. The award for CW only DXCC started on 1 January 1975, so only QSOs made after that date count.
The CW DXCC award does not count individual bands. It only counts the number of countries (entities) starting on 1 Jan 1975 and it doesn't matter what band, or how many bands you have. I hoe this makes sense to you, and to Leif.
