Looks like the consensus is re-enter the Q. Will give that a try this

...trying to fix an old typo (4/24/15) where for whatever reason I
have a Z instead of a 2 in a DX callsign (LAZXK). However, when I

and try to save, I get "An exception occurred! List index out of bounds
(40)". Not even sure why DX4Win accepted it in the first place except
that it looks like I possibly imported it from an ADIF file. The
rest of
the entry appears correct.
Have shut down DX4Win and restarted but no help. Any clues?
