Good evening Mr. Jackson, I find a number of things wrong with your unilateral decision to remove Euro Gold Line from your list on the e-gold site. 1). First of all, I can forward an email from Mr. Ray who stated that had it been up to him we would have been listed weeks prior. 2). Second of all you gave no notice of your intentions to do so. 3). Thirdly, It took me three emails, with the last copied to Mr. Ray just to add fax to the listing. 4). Are you prepared to remit all costs associated in getting on the list at all? 5). Your organization, e-gold/G&SR/Omnipay refused to add me to the site, originally, due to a conflict with Mr. Kelly, which he made public as a result of my offer to preclude that problem. The names, domains etc. that I held LEGALLY and PROPERLY according to the law of the Netherlands, registrars of domains were changed at my costs. The last was a one word change to the site which was irrelavent, but I made it anyway. 6). I consider your action to be an attempt to restrain free trade. I have never publicly critized your organization, but feel compelled to do so now. On several occassions I have contacted your organization regarding possible fraudelent activity. I have either had NO RESPONSE or a lecture without any action. 7). Where in your agreements, does it state that I can do business with no one else? You sir, have breached the agreement, not we. 8). Unless this is reversed immediately and we are added back to your page, I will seek actions via the European organizations for restraint of free trade. My lawyer, which I contacted already as a result of this, is in full agreement with me. Don't forget he also read the agreement before I returned it signed to you. You chose to announce this in this list which is available to everyone, after you had already taken action. I suggest you read the announcement below and take note, that that is far more than I have ever received from your organization, which I have supported for the benfit of my clients, without any support from your organization. I do not tell my clients what or who they should or should not purchase. >Wednesday, May 09, 2001 > >Good morning Frank Zuchristian, > >It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to OSGold as an approved >Exchange Service Provider (ESP). I have always tempered that with the problems involved. However, I received a notice from OSGold today, regarding two accounts under investigation, when has e-gold ever done that? Sir, you are cutting your nose to spite your face, it is the MM's whose necks are on the line, particularly with your detached attidtude, do you think that you have done e-gold any good in this? I will forward my cost to you, in filing, name changes etc. I will also forward all of this to the appropriate authorities in Europe and Holland, unless you rethink your policy very quickly. I am also afraid, for your sake, that a lot of people, after reading this message, including MM's, might think that you are a company too spiteful to do business with. Also, if you would have bathered at all too look a bit more closely to our pages, you would have noticed that on each and every page, e-gold is always the first one mentioned. Have you ever heard of thinking before doing???? We run a service for the benefit and needs of our clients, which we will satisfy, and we thought you did so as well. We will include our loss of business in the claims we are going to put in against your company. Perhaps you have no business being on the World Wide Net. Thank you for helping us open up Europe for e-gold and gold currencies.
