[Ecm] Customize a workflow to create document-distribution function

Hi,

We are developing a system that is based on Nuxeo 5.

We would like to create a document-distribution function. That alow user to
distribute document to other users with the following features:
      - Reciever will access (read only) distributed document through email
link or deskbroad link
      - Distribution list: Operator  can create a list of user specifing who
will recieve distribution
      - Expire time: Distribution available for a specified of time then
automatically expired.
      - Reciever confirmation is optional: Operator can force user to
confirm on reciept of distribution or just send the distribution without any
confirmation.
      - Distribution is recorded in history

We see that Nuxeo's workflow have features same as the mentioned above. So
we would like to customize Nuxeo's workflow. we do not know if it is
appropreate
If you have any other suggestions or any idea on how to customize the
Nuxeo's workflow please kindly tell us.
